DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be required 30 days before arrival. All applicable event activity fees will be charged upon confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS

●        Full refund within 60 days prior to arrival

●        50% refund if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival

SAFETY, PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during their stay.

Guests should use pool areas, outdoor spaces, kitchen areas, stairs, pathways, and property amenities carefully.

Guests are responsible for securing doors, windows, valuables, and personal belongings.

Peace Seekers is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal items.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Peace Seekers Retreat, hosts, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or personal injury that may occur during my participation or while on the premises.
